The New Jersey School Boards Association is hosting two regional programs on Saturday, April 28, to take an in-depth look at school funding. The programs were originally scheduled for March 2, but postponed due to inclement weather.

State aid numbers are out for 2018-2019. What do they indicate and how solid are they? School Funding 101 will take a look at how we got to where we are; how the school funding formula is calculated; and where we might be going in the future.

Program Information The programs run from 9:30 – 11: 30 a.m. (registration beginning at 9 a.m.) at two regional locations, and costs $49 per person. Those interested are encouraged to ask their school business administrator to register them online. The program offers two Board Member Academy credits.
