To highlight the talent and skills of New Jersey public school students, the New Jersey School Boards Association will showcase several performances by students during the 2016 Workshop Conference. The students will perform on October 25 or 26 at the Atlantic City Convention Center.

Please urge your faculty to submit an application to perform at the Annual Workshop. NJSBA is looking for students to sing, dance step, or play music to energize the audience. This could be your opportunity to see your school or district’s program and students showcased to school officials from across New Jersey. NJSBA will reimburse schools up to $500 for their transportation costs upon receipt of an invoice for expenses. Performance groups are limited to 10 students or less.

All submissions will receive equal consideration. The deadline for receiving the completed Student Performance Proposal Form is Friday, May 20. Those submitting proposals will be notified of the Associations’ decision by mid-July. For more information, contact Lauren Cuervo, NJSBA marketing manager, via email.
