The Alliance for Competitive Energy Services (ACES), composed of the New Jersey School Boards Association (NJSBA), the New Jersey Association of School Administrators (NJASA), and the New Jersey Association of School Business Officials (NJASBO), has awarded a competitive contract to Gabel Associates, Highland Park, New Jersey, (N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-4.1k). Gabel Associates’ proposal is the most advantageous, price and other factors considered, to manage the ACES electric aggregation cooperative pricing system, offered to members of NJSBA, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 48:3-91(h).
The contract will commence June 1, 2017 and terminate on December 31, 2018, and Gabel Associates will be compensated for electrical supply contracts for a fee of $0.00002 per kWh.
