Patrick Duncan, manager of NJSBA’s labor relations unit, has accepted a new position as special assistant for labor relations with the West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional School District. He began his new position on Dec. 1.
Duncan, an attorney, had been with NJSBA’s labor unit for more than 10 years, helping to deliver contract analyses, consult with districts on negotiations, negotiate new contracts, and conduct training programs for board members.
New Jersey School Boards Association Executive Director Dr. Lawrence S. Feinsod expressed his gratitude for Duncan’s decade of hard work and service to New Jersey’s school board members. “We thank Pat for his contribution and wish him success in his new endeavor,” said Feinsod.
