Future Ready Schools – New Jersey will host a Future Ready Summit at the New Jersey Institute of Technology January 11-12, 2017 at The Gallery in Weston Hall. This Future Ready Summit, facilitated by the Alliance for Excellent Education and sponsored by Google, is free of charge and open to all New Jersey district technology teams.

Future Ready District Leadership Teams will have the opportunity to dedicate time to set a shared vision for student learning, make action plans for digital learning, and meet other regional leaders who are engaged in becoming future ready. The summit will provide access to experts in the field who will answer questions and help solve the specific issues facing each district team. The teams will also engage in facilitated conversations, sharing sessions, networking activities, and team planning opportunities.

Over the next year, Future Ready Schools – New Jersey will be building task forces to help determine what it means to be future ready in New Jersey, and is seeking input as part of the initiative. New Jersey district technology teams are encouraged to attend this program to learn more about the state certification program. Registration for the summit is available online, or for more information email [email protected].
