Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by hand delivery or by U.S. mail addressed to Cynthia J. Jahn, Esq., and thereafter unsealed and read in the first floor conference room, 413 West State St., Trenton, NJ., at a public meeting by the committee to review proposals to administer the ACES Electric and Gas Aggregation Cooperative Pricing Program on Friday, March 10, 2017 at 2 p.m. No bids being received after public call therefore will be opened.

Notice of proposal for the following:

The Alliance for Competitive Energy Services (ACES), composed of the New Jersey School Boards Association (NJSBA), New Jersey Association of School Administrators (NJASA), and New Jersey Association of School Business Officials (NJASBO), is requesting proposals from interested consultants/administrators to administer ACES’ Electric and Gas Aggregation Cooperative Pricing System, offered to members of the New Jersey School Boards Association, N.J.S.A. 48:3-91(h).

Said services shall be bid and supplied in accordance with specifications, copies of which are on file in the office of the general counsel and may be obtained during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Contact Barbara Deveney at [email protected]

Proposals must be in a sealed opaque envelope and clearly marked “consultants/administrators’ response to administer ACES’ Electric and Gas Aggregation Cooperative Pricing System: (Sealed bid: ACES Administrative Services Bid # ACES 3-10-2017.)”

ACES expressly reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities in the bid and accompanying documents received, as provided pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18a:18a-22.

Each bidder shall comply with the “Equal Employment Opportunity Act”, P.L.. 1975, Chapter 127, as amended and the “Americans with Disabilites Act of 1990”, 42 U.S.C. Sec. 12101 et. Seq.
