In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, notice is hereby provided of a meeting of the Board of Directors of the New Jersey School Boards Association, and of the NJSBA Audit Committee.
The meetings will be held at NJSBA headquarters at 413 West State Street, Trenton, on Mar. 27, 2015. The meetings are open to the public.
The Board of Directors meeting will begin at 7 p.m.
The agenda, to the extent known at this time, will include recognition of new officers and members; oath of office; approval of the NJSBA 2015-2016 budget; GO/4161 association holidays; 2015 Governance Task Force recommendations: amendments to bylaws and general operations manual; past meeting minutes; Legislative Committee appointments, and Resolutions Subcommittee appointments; comments from the president, vice president for county activities, vice president for finance, vice president for legislation/ resolutions, immediate past president and executive director, and an update on Workshop 2015.
