Policy 5141.4 Missing, Abused and Neglected Children has been updated and posted on the Policy Update list. The section titled Due Process was revised, and two paragraphs added. The additional content covers the topic of when abuse is found, and the requirements for the district’s/school’s cooperation with and coordination of services with the New Jersey Department of Children and Families. Legal references were also added. An NJSBA-developed regulation is available upon request.
