In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, notice is hereby provided of meetings of the NJSBA Board of Directors and the Association’s Audit Committee. Both meetings will be held on May 15 at NJSBA headquarters, 413 West State St., Trenton. The meetings are open to the public.
Board of Directors The Board of Directors meeting will be held at 7 p.m. The agenda, to the extent known at this time, will include oath of office for new members; approval of funds to implement the strategic plan; executive director’s contract addendum; past meeting minutes; Legislative Committee appointments; and comments from the president, vice president for county activities, vice president for finance, vice president for legislation and resolutions, immediate past president and executive director.
