The New Jersey School Boards Association, hereinafter “NJSBA” has awarded a competitive contract to Carahsoft Technology Corporation of Reston, Virginia, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-4.1a, to offer VMware® software and hardware and professional services to members of the New Jersey School Boards Association at a stated percentage of discount off then-current academic list price for the following: VMware® Desktop as a Service (DaaS); Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS); vCloud Air; Government Cloud Air; SPP (Credits to procure vCloud Air); Professional Services (SKU based); Professional Services (not to exceed hourly rates); and Air Watch- Perpetual License, Term/Subscription License, Maintenance (SnS), Training/Professional Service.
The contract will begin on Oct. 20, 2015 and terminate on Oct.19, 2020. Carahsoft Technology Corporation was the successful proposer and will be compensated pursuant to the public contract entered on Oct. 20, 2015.
