The 46th Annual School Law Forum was held on Oct. 27 at Workshop 2016, and attracted about 250 attorneys, school board members and school administrators. This year the New Jersey Association of School Attorneys presented the Russell Weiss Jr. Distinguished Service Award to three recipients. The recipients were Anthony Sciarrillo, a current practitioner with Sciarrillo, Cornell, Merlino, McKeever & Osborne; and two pioneers in the field of school law in New Jersey, Jacob Green and  the late Samuel Donio.  Accepting the award for Jacob Green, who was unable to attend, was son Paul Green, an attorney with Schenck, Price, Smith & King; accepting for Samuel Donio was son William Donio, an attorney with Cooper Levenson.
