Superintendent – Absecon

Absecon Public Schools, Atlantic County, NJ is seeking an exceptional candidate to lead this district in the pursuit of excellence in education and innovation, serving 870 students from grades Pre K-8 and 110 employees, with a budget of $15 million.

Qualifications

• NJ School Administrator Certificate or Certificate of Eligibility required
• Superintendent, Asst. Superintendent, Central Administration/Supervisory and/or Principal experience required
• Classroom teaching experience preferred

The successful candidate will possess:

• Experience and leadership in curriculum development, strategic planning, finance, technology and interaction in a diverse community.

Salary commensurate with education and qualifications; subject to NJ State regulations.
