On Thursday, March 3, NJSBA’s Technology Conference will offer an interactive program offering a variety of sessions on advancing digital learning in the classroom.

Session program titles include:

  • How Technology is Reshaping Teaching;
  • Solutions to IT Staff Shortages;
  • Simple Building Blocks to Enable 21st Century Learning;
  • STEAM with a 3D Twist;
  • Personalized Learning for Students;
  • Service Management for Education;
  • Building a Network for the Class of 2030;
  • Understanding the Internet of Things (IoT); and
  • Disaster Recovery

NJSBA’s interactive Technology Conference will include breakout sessions; a keynote address featuring iSchool Initiative founder and CEO Travis Allen, and “lunch and learn,” an opportunity to participate in roundtable discussions on a variety of hot topics in digital learning.

Attendees will also hear from the N.J. Department of Education on the initiatives designed to provide support for the implementation of digital learning strategies and environments.

The day will include a tour of Travis Allen’s “Digital Learning Revolution” (DLR) bus. The DLR bus is a 38-foot classroom-on-wheels demonstrating a complete mobile solution for schools. The DLR tour demonstrates solutions for mobile technology integration. Five lucky school districts will have an opportunity to win a visit from the “Digital Learning Revolution” bus.

Attendees of the NJSBA Technology Conference will be entered for a chance to win a visit to their school from the Digital Learning Revolution Bus at no cost. (A $4,000 retail value.)

Registration and Special Pricing

NJSBA is offering a reduced price of $99 to school board members and other district staff.

Registration may be completed online, but only by the school business administrator. Business administrators completing registration online should enter coupon code “TECH16” and “apply” at checkout. A scanned copy of the purchase order must be included with the registration.
