On Thursday, March 3, at the Princeton Marriott at Forrestal, NJSBA will host an interactive program offering a variety of sessions covering the most pressing technology challenges schools face in advancing digital learning in the classroom. This year, several sessions at the conference are requesting attendees to BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) for a more interactive experience.

The Technology Conference will include 14 breakout sessions covering a variety of topics, including personalized learning, E-Rate 2.0, school safety technology, disaster recovery, STEAM, the Internet of Things (IOT), technology savings, improving the student and faculty experience, and more.

NJSBA’s interactive Technology Conference will also feature a keynote address featuring iSchool Initiative founder and CEO Travis Allen, and “lunch and learn,” an opportunity to participate in roundtable discussions on a variety of hot topics in digital learning. Also featured will be a presentation from the N.J. Department of Education on the initiatives designed to provide support for the implementation of digital learning strategies and environments.

Digital Learning on Display The conference will also include a tour of Travis Allen’s “Digital Learning Revolution” (DLR) bus. The DLR bus is a 38-foot classroom-on-wheels demonstrating a complete mobile solution for schools. The DLR tour demonstrates solutions for mobile technology integration. Five lucky school districts will have an opportunity to win a visit from the “Digital Learning Revolution” bus.
