The New Jersey School Boards Association is building a “future ready” Association with the assistance of Cisco Systems, the multinational computer networking corporation. Cisco donated, and recently installed at Association headquarters in Trenton, state-of-the-art videoconferencing equipment worth $200,000.
The in-kind donation will enable NJSBA to meet objectives of its new Strategic Plan, for 2018-2020, that includes a goal to build a “future ready Association.”
“This is very exciting news for NJSBA and our members,” said Executive Director Dr. Lawrence Feinsod. “This will enable us to provide members with professional development and information through video conferencing. This generous donation will move us closer to becoming the ‘Future Ready Association’ envisioned by our new Strategic Plan.”
