Approximately 250 school board leaders attended one of three regional board leadership training programs held on Saturday, Feb. 4. Programs were held at Montville Township High School (shown here), as well as at Jackson Liberty High School in Jackson, and the Eileen Abbott Central Administration Building in Washington Township, Gloucester County. Board presidents and aspiring leaders were trained in topics including running an effective meeting, dealing with challenging community members and board members, and working with the district’s administrative team.
