After hearing from board members that their schedules didn’t allow them to attend all of the sessions at Workshop that interested them, NJSBA has designed a new program that gives board members, administrators, and district staff another opportunity to receive training in a variety of topics.

The program, “NJSBA Boot Camp: Highlights of Workshop,” will be held on Saturday, Feb. 27 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Princeton Marriott. The program will include sessions on best practices, leadership, sustainability, labor relations and more. The program will offer four Board Member Academy credits, an opportunity for school business administrators to earn Qualified Purchasing Agent credits and an opportunity for facilities managers to earn professional development credit.

About NJSBA Boot Camp NJSBA Boot Camp is a new series of training programs designed to help the district team achieve their goals, and offers guidance for attendees to implement strategies toward goal attainment in their districts. The boot camp programs will be delivered in a convenient one-day format. Additional Boot Camp themed training programs will be advertised later this year.
