Jersey City Board Members Receive Training
Three new members of the Jersey City Board of Education met on Jan. 5 with New Jersey Commissioner of Education David Hespe; Dr. Lawrence S. Feinsod, NJSBA executive director; and NJSBA field service staff to receive special training and discuss issues of importance to the district. Jersey City is the only state-run school district which has a school board with full governance authority.
