Dan Sinclair, NJSBA vice president for county activities, participated, as did board members from Wall Township, Lacey, Neptune City, Millburn, Paterson, Brick, Neptune City, Monmouth County, Plainfield, Parsippany-Troy Hills, South River, Jersey City, Hamilton, Lavallette, Pemberton Township, Clementon and Clearview.
