The New Jersey School Boards Association (NJSBA) is accepting entries for the annual School Leader Awards. The School Leader Awards showcase creative programs from New Jersey schools. Entries must be received in the NJSBA office by 4:30 p.m. June 26.
In 2014, The Academy of Finance (AOF) at Fort Lee High School was selected for recognition at NJSBA’s Workshop 2014.
Entries are judged on the level of innovation, how well the program addresses specific needs of the students, the relationship of the program to the state’s Core Curriculum Content Standards and results. Programs must be in place for two full years to qualify.
The deadline for submissions is June 26. Winning entries will be recognized in October during a ceremony at NJSBA’s Workshop 2015.
