The following board members were awarded their Master Board Member certificates at the April 27 meeting of the Monmouth County School Boards Association (MCSBA). At the April 29 meeting of the Somerset County School Boards Association, Linda Bond Nelson, president of the North Plainfield Board of Education and the 2010 New Jersey School Board Member of the Year (at center), was presented with the Certified Board Leader designation from NJSBA’s Board Member Academy.
