In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, notice is hereby provided of a meeting of the Board of Directors of the New Jersey School Boards Association. The meeting will be held at the New Jersey School Boards Association, 413 West State Street, Trenton, Sept. 30, 2016. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m.
The meeting is open to the public.
The agenda, to the extent known at this time, includes recognition of new board members; report of the NJSBA Governance Task Force; selection of Board of Directors’ representatives to the 2017-2019 NJSBA Nominating Committee; approval of past meeting minutes; NJSBA Legislative Committee appointments; ELFNJ grant request to ACES; Workshop 2016 and advocacy update; and comments from the president, vice president for county activities, vice president for finance, vice president for legislation & resolutions, immediate past president and executive director.
