Board members, superintendents and business administrators are well-acquainted with Workshop, the largest training and information conference for the state’s local school officials. This year’s conference will take place from Oct. 27-29 at the Atlantic City Convention Center.

But what some districts may not realize is that other members of the educational team can also profit from the more than 200 training sessions available at Workshop 2015.

Over the past few years, training has been expanded to include valuable sessions for facilities managers, curriculum coordinators, and technology directors. In fact, many programs provide continuing education credits to facility managers and qualified purchasing agents.

Conference Registration

The cost of Workshop group registration for boards of education and member charter schools is $1,300. Individual registration is $250. Group registration covers up to 14 team members and may include all school board members, the superintendent, the business administrator, the facilities manager, the curriculum coordinator and technology director. All of these team members can benefit from programming designed for their specific roles and from the broader discussions of the challenges and success of public education today.

School business administrators may start the registration process online at any time.
