Superintendent – Pinelands Regional

The Pinelands Regional Board of Education, in collaboration with staff, parents, and community is seeking a dynamic, innovative leader for their 7 – 12 grade district. Located in Ocean County, Pinelands Regional serves a diverse socio-economic population of students from Bass River Township, Eagleswood Township, Little Egg Harbor Township, and Tuckerton Borough. The district houses approximately 1580 students with 14 administrators and approximately 150 certificated staff with an annual budget of $35 million.

Qualifications

• NJ School Administrator or Certificate of Eligibility required
• Superintendent, Asst. Superintendent, and/or Central Office experience required
• Secondary classroom teaching preferred

The successful candidate will possess:

• Accomplished leadership skills in curriculum, planning, finance, communications, and personnel management
• A collaborative management style with strong interpersonal skills
• A commitment to educational excellence for all students and staff

Salary: Commensurate with experience; subject to NJ regulations.
